2wd Long wheel base Step side?
Is this one on ebay? I was searching through the site and thought this might be something a little rare, if not already posted...?

stepsides aren't that rare, but those awesome tri-tone paint jobs sure are. and for a good reason...

As ya can see i'm a blazer guy! Dont know why but i thought the LWB ones were rare...but anyways, i think that hubcap on the spare is sexy if i dont say so myself.

Longbed stepsides in half-ton ["C/10"] are more rare especially after '68. Usually they were sold as 3/4 tons and the shortbeds were half-tons. Also looks like he's got 5-lug wheels on it. Not stock until '71 or '72 for 2WDs. Must have been a regional preference. (Good hay truck.)

It is the one ton 9 foot steps that were such low production.
That fugly paint scheme is not original If I'm not mistaken. I think there was no two tone on step sides...except for the white cab roof. |
