Sweeeet!

You never really know what an ex system sounds like , till you hear it go by. the old longhorn got a set of 50's flows, & 2 1/2" tailpipes(rear exit, through the back bumper). Sat, i handed the key to my oldest "brat", & asked for a couple drive bys, just to hear it run. he started a couple blocks up the street, coming toward me.....i heard him let the clutch up, & pull the 1st 4 gears in about 1/2 a block, then just roll by @ around 2500 in 4th. He kicked the throttle just a tad, & pulled 5th gear. That thing has a nice mellow rumble & cruise speed....but man does it "talk" when the throttle opens up! crazyL

I remember the first time I heard my old Model A going down the street without me in it. It sounded entirely different in a good way.
