I thought it was a 50th...
I saw a gold and white '68 C20 sitting for sale on the side of the road. I looked it over and it had everything it was supposed to have except the '551' paint code. It made no mention of paint at all on the option sticker. It was in fair condition, surprisingly rust free for around here, corners and rockers needed and a pretty good sized dent in the drivers door. '68 C-20, CST on the doors, camper special. Interior in decent shape, except for the drivers arm rest and the seat cover was shot, but enough left to see the special gold and white design, and gold dash pad. The guy didn't speak much english, but he wanted $700 for it.

Yep. It had a gold and white seat. Original? Who knows, but the whole package had the look of original. I think it had a different motor. I didn't ask what it was, but it wasn't the 327 listed on the option sheet, at least no oil-filler tube on it.
