Welcome From Atlanta. I know the feeling, I'm about a month into my first project. Pulled the straight six and transmission, and dropped in the 350 and transmission this weekend. If you need a 6cyl and transmission I have one Cheap. Good luck on the 69.

well, it's a 69 stepside with a 350/350turbo. it's been lowered 2 in the front and about 3 in the back. i haven't picked it up yet. the guy i bought it from lives about an hour away so it will have to be picked up this weekend (and i can't wait). this will be my first truck project. i have done the strip and street with my chevy II. its a pretty mean 406. dart 242, holley 750 double pumper, rpm performer, hypereutectic (sp?) pistons....too many other parts to list. it ran 6.70's, straight motor. this time around i am going to (i hope) try my hand at turbo's. why not, right? i will post some pics after i get it so i can start getting some pointers from you guys.

Welcome from CT bennyboy. Ain't nothing wrong being from the south. People seem to be nicer down there. No really, it's true. Seriously. I'll shut up now.
