How to replace a lost title?
Say a guy has a '60's model body with no title, anyone have any ideas how to get one other that dealing with local law enforcement personnel that act as they see fit? There is a website that says they can do it for $240.00, but it sounds a little shady to me. By the way, this is for someone else, I'm just trying to help him out by searching for info, appreciate any help, LB.
