Unexpected Purchase

Had never really thought about getting a suburban but when CPNE put his 72 3/4 ton 4x4 up for sale, I started thinking about all the possibilities.
Being I went 'reto' awhile back, (sold everything newer than 72) I figured a 3/4 ton burb would make a great work truck.
This burb has seen it's entire life in the northeast and has a body to prove it.
So at this point it's "band aid" time just to get it to pass VT state inspection, then maybe next year start looking for a southern body for it.
Here's a couple of pics, don't flame me for the patch work we're doing, it's the quickest way to get it on the road, which I need to do because the 70 swb 4x4 is taking allot longer and is turning out allot better than anticipated.
I needed to get a work truck on the road like now, before snow flies!
