clutch pivot assembly and header

I replaced my old clutch with a Southbend kevlar clutch. however, the clutch pivot arm (is that what its called?) rubs against the header pipes. I have Hedman headers on my 350. Someone mentioned Hooker headers as a better fit. Is this the case? Looking for a solution.
