Not a very effective argument. Kids not properly secured. Chrysler may have been in the wrong for not having warnings about air bags when they were new but all manufacturers now warn about height/age requirements for front seat occupants. It is the same issue that there were other factors (negligence) and because of that the airbags got the bad rap.
