SWB Frame for LWB - SORRY!

I know this has probably been beat to death by now, but I've gone through about 22 pages of this board and done several searches and couldn't find the information I was looking for. I'm fairly new to this board so may not be looking in the right place, so I apologize in advance if I should have found this myself...!

Anyway, I have a 69 C-10 LWB with a wood bed and found what I believe is a 71 SWB frame (with one door, one fender, and a small window cab still attached) and had some questions about swapping frames. Is it as simple as swapping frames and bedsides, using the parts I have on my truck (bed crossmembers, etc.) and ordering a SWB wood bed rather than a LWB bed (and saving some $$$) or am I fooling myself...?

Thanks!
