Value of a burb question

Hey guys I racross a pretty clean 84 4x4 burb in central ohio this is the rust belt and the truck is pretty rusty all the doors on the bottoms above rear wheels bottoms of front fenders and inner fenders are rusty no dents at all has pretty much every option you could get and the interior is really decent what I want to know is a 350 / 700r truck with stock ralleys and cheapie tires worth 1300 I would like to have a vehicle that the whole tribe can ride in without breaking the bank any thoughts ? I was thinking get a southern 2wd burb bodyand make two into one and try to keep it under 3k thanks for any input Mike
