How much you think this is worth 65...

found a 65 c10 longbed in the paper.
power steering
power brakes / disc front 5 on 5 lug pattern
tilt column
roll pan
everything shaved, no glass so i assume he does not have poppers
leaf suspension w/ flip kit also has lowering coil springs if i wanted to change
2 tanks in bed and has a blazer tank that could go underneath
body is straight as an arrow
little to no rust
chopped top, no glass, had glass in front (i saw pic) but windshield broke
no glass in sides (used as a rat rod)
always garaged
no engine or trans but has a crossmember to accept a turbo 400
he wants 2 grand for it. sound good or should i look for something better?
as far as i can tell from pics the chop looks clean but u can never be sure?
