1968 Upper Window Pillar

I have a 68 C10 that I would like to restore. It has the typical rust on the inside upper roof pillar. I bought the replacment panel for the inside, however the ouside upper windshield upper pillar is shot (area where the winshield weather stripping goes and drip edge).

Looking for someone who has a cab they are considering junking that would cut this detail out so I can replace on my 68.

Or has anyone ever replaced this detail???? Any ideas????
