Carb Question?????

Hey Guys! Got a question and I need your thoughts and opinions!! I am running the oringinal 283 in my 67 2wd lwb although it was bored .030 to clean up the cyls. I am still running the stock cam. I recently purchased a four barrel manifold and carb set-up. The guy I bought them from said they where from an Olds Rocket, (455 I believe?). Has best I can tell my engine requires about 600-650 cfm and I have been told the Q-jet on this set-up is about 750-800 cfm. First off is this correct?and if it is and I have to replace the carb what would you recomend? This is not intended to be a race truck I drive it everyday when the weather is good so I am looking for a dependable economical not a pain to work with 4 barrel carb!! Your thoughts please?? PS: the numbers I can find on the carb are:17068202 0628 BHR If that helps!! The first 2 in the number may be a 1 Im getting older and the eyes are the first thing to go ya know!! Any help with this would be great!!!!
