When to replace cab wiring harness? - The 1947 - Present Chevrolet & GMC Truck Message Board Network

I figured I would be replacing the harness in my '71, but after stripping my cab down last night I found that the harness has not been hacked into or messed with in anyway [I bought the truck from the original owner in great shape 12 years ago]. So would it be foolish to reuse the harness? The project is a full frame off, not cutting corners here, so I know the obvious answer ,but the harness is in great shape! What do you guys think?
