Bought some Polished Aluminum Wheels ...

I don't have a clue on how to clean them. I bought from a used tire shop that looks like they got them from a junk yard. The rims are straight though, perfect balance and I put new tires on them.

How do I clean these wheels?? I've tried car wash soap with major scrubbing, then I went and bought some Eagle One Aluminum wheel cleaner and still had no luck. I have some aluminum polish but should I get them as clean as can be before I lay down some polish?

Please someone give me some kind of process or name some products that will do the trick.

Thanks a lot,

Gil.
