Talking newbie!

Hello everybody! I wanted to add my pic to the board and share my enthusiasim with you. I bought this truck in march and haven't done much. The truck is a '69 c-10 lwb stepside it came with no motor in the bay but three in the bed. There is a 305 and 350 2-bolt main. The 305 is complete and the 350 needs rebuilt do you think the 350 will be good enough for a daily driver? I am currently adding power brakes and replacing all the lines with stainless steal lines. also would like to add power steering from what year would be good for the swap? I am still undecided what the finished truck will be mostly for street or strip. I would also like to see some other lwb stepsides that are done thanks for any help i might recieve.
Jim
