Exhaust Over Tranny Crossmember... Who has done it ?
I am getting ready to buy my hedders. I am looking at the Hedman Elite. With 1 5/8 " primarys and 3" collectors. (If you another option of what would work better let me know) 3" duals stainless manderal bent with a H pipe or X pipe if I can fit it and the Stainless Super 40's from Flowmaster. I was planning on dumping it in front of the rear wheels but still tucked up. I have a leaf truck so the trailing arms will not be in the way. I was just looking and it looks like I need to run a diffirent shift linkage. I have the stock style coloum shift I think the one from Lokar might work out well. The stock one seems to be in the way. I would like to keep the exhaust tucked up in the frame if possible. I guess I am looking for advice from people who have done this before. Any help would be great.
Thanks, Mario
