Suburban/Blazer tank filler options
If any is in a jam for an option to get a filler neck hooked up for the burb/blazer tank, heres what I did.
Got the filler neck from cool caps, cant remember the number but I heard you can get the same one from a marine parts place, picked up 4ft of 1 1/2 duraflex fuel hose (over kill on the length) 3 couplers and 1 ft of duraflex 1 1/4 hose. Ive tried every store and no one carries 1 1/4 fuel hose, (thanks alot for the odd size to the manufacturers of the blazer/burb remanufactured tank), anyway the duraflex hose can be bent anyway you want and it will not collapse (has steel core lines in it), this stuff is the same type of hose on gas pump lines. Probably will last forever. Besides the filler neck everything cost about $50. If anyone is in a bind I will get this stuff for you and ship it out. I put the neck in my wheel well. Smitty
