A Putter's Exclusive - Stepside Rollpan
I have wanted a rollpan on my stepper for a long time. But the ones you buy from dealers such as Sir Michael's, AIM, etc.... never really appealed to me. They make the back of the truck sort'a...well, bulky looking. (If you have one of this type, I am not bashing it...I just don't care for them).
Well, I got an idea the other day. And as GMan69 can attest, once I get an idea, I won't let it go until it's built. So, I broke out my mig and went to work. I actually built two of these. The first one didn't quite make the cut. The second one is much better. And I plan on making a few more in the coming weeks just for the practice. I have contacted Sir Michael's about producing these for me, but have gotten no response. (If anyone knows where I can get these made 'professionally' please give me a holler.) With that said...I will now post pictures. This is how most peoples roll pans look on these trucks..... (kinda' bulky) Notice that they simply attach and HANG under the tailgate
