Motor not centered in Frame ?

Is it normal for the motor not to be centered in the frame ?

I just installed my rad. Measured out where and how I want my 16" electric fan to sit and a quick test fit showed it not centered with the water pump shaft when it's centered in the rad for starters then I noticed the motor not centered in the frame Any Ideas?

It's bugging me. I hate when things dont line up right.
