Drop spring and wheels sticking out question
So I am wanting to bring my truck down about 2-3" in the front. I currently have 3" DJM spindels and the 5" flip kit.
I am thinking of either purchasing some drop springs, or just trimming the ones I have. What makes me wory a little is the fact that my front wheels already stick out a little farther than my rear wheels (They are stock rally wheels). Should it be like this, or is this somthing that the different spindels for the heavy duty brakes causes? My question is- If I was to bring the front down by either cutting or using drop springs, will my wheels stick out even further? Oh, 85 SWB by the way. If anyone happens have some experience with this, please let me know. I am hoping to do this in the near future. -Jeremy |
