Help please....

When I put my truck in drive or reverse it makes a loud "clinking" noise. The u-joints are new and the trans is new so is it comming from the rear? I have tried to find where it is coming from but is so hard to locate. It does not make any noise going down the road at all. I changed the gear oil in the rear and it didn't help. It has made the "clinking" for awhile it's just starting to make me nuts. Any ideals what to look for so I can get it fixxed...By the way it's a 2 wheel drive 350th / 2 piece drive shaft and a 3:07 limited slip rear.

Thanks....
