converting 2wd auto to 4sp w/car tranny

i'm wanting to do a swap this winter and wanted some feedback first..(so i can have all my "ducks" in a row before hand)

i'm wanting to change my 700r4 auto set up, to a 4sp...and hopefully try and find a 4sp saginaw or muncy to put in it

anyone have any comments on this swap?

i found a dude locally that said he'd sell me all i needed for my 4sp changeover for $100....bellhousing, clutch linkage, pedals etc...
