New gasket and still leaks!
I replaced my oilpan gasket today w/ a one piece gasket and the damn thing still leaks
 ! And it was a big pain in the butt too. Had the motor supported w/ lift, un-bolted oil pan and could not clear the cross member. Ended up removing the crossmember to get the oil pan out. The one piece seal had instructions that said to install dry w/o adhesives. So I did, the thing leaks where the oil pan/timing chain cover meet. I think I'm going to pull it again and use some silicon. What do you guys think? I did get my transfer case and rearend leaks fixed though  .

I kept the drivetrain. Body/bad and chassis are gone. 1981 K30, 350/465/205 dana 60 and dually 14 bolt. Has a G80, and a flat bed. Going to replace the flat bed. 1985 K20, 350/400/208 10 bolt and SF 14 bolt. I wonder where I can find some 1 tons. Hmmmmm
