Replacing body panels

I have an 83 chevy truck and I was looking at buying the 5pc rocker/cab repair panel kit from JC Whitney. In the description it said that you can weld, rivet or bolt these on. Can you really bolt everything on because I am not a welder. The drivers side is the worst. I need to replace the rocker, cab corner, floor pan and cab supports on the drives side. The passengers side I just need to replace the rocker, cab corner, and I am not sure about the cab supports. The floor is great shape on the passengers side. Are the kits from JC whitney any good? I am open to any and all suggestions.
