Better brakes for my 58 panel...
I have a 58 panel that i paid way to much for and want to make it road worthy. It runs and steers well but the brakes................
What can i do to get it to stop straight and fairly well? The first thing I know is to install a dual M/C and replumb the brake lines. who, where can i get modern high performance brake shoes, spring kits, M/C and mounting bracket, and proportioning valve? M/C Bracket used? what used proportioning valve I want to keep my aftermarket wheels so i was going to stick to the drums Unless anybody has a cheap way to do a disc brake swap keeping the wheels and using roller wheel bearings. Thanks, Steve |
