Question crossmenber help

Like many of you guys iam trying to get as much info as i can on a crossmenber drop. IAM working on a 70 chevy short bed stepside, I have the rear done is all bag and working fine. the front i have bag also and drop spindles, the problem i have is that the back is lower than the front when is air out. The rear with sit on groung the front wont, I found a link in here I think it was from a site call www.jayspot.com . my ? is, has anybody done i crossmenber like this or what do you guys think about it or what would be the best way to do a crossmenber.I dont know if the guy in jayspot had any problems with the steering. As soon as i can figure out how to post pics i will.
