question about burn outs?
Hi,
I have no way of judging how quick my truck is...I will take it to the track at the end of the month. I have nothing to compare it to. When I do a burn out..from a dead stop, no brake, I lay 30 feet of rubber, but no smoke. If I power brake, it will spin all the way through first and to about 4000rpm in second, and a lot of smoke is this about normal for a slightly hopped up truck..I mean, does a stock 350 do this? it has a posi with 3:73 and 285-15 tires oh yea on the power brake I release the brake at 4000 rpm in first..I know it sounds kinda dumb, but its the way I have been judging improvements
