ram horn casting number - help

Ladies and gents

I took off my driver's side exhaust manifold today (hole in it) and need to replace it (duh). The unit I took off was way rusty and the number was xxx2473 (possibly xxx2478). The 2473 is supposed to be a 69-70 307/350. That's weird, as I thought this engine was unmolested, as it has the right engine dates and suffix. Even has the original hot air intake system on the driver's side. The exception is the RH side ram horn...it is a straight down dump (wrong). Possible the manifolds were replaced in it's history, or even headers (yuck).

Anyway, I have an extra LH manifold, but it's number is a 3932468, which I don't find listed. Possible it is a 3932469, which is listed.

Can anyone advise me if this is a "useable" manifold...looks useable....truck is a 72 C-10, 350-175, TH350 with AC, no A.I.R.

Anyone advise on this setup? Thanks, Dave
