Welsh Kev's 63 GMC

Here's a few pics of my truck; first American 4-wheeler I've owned, though I've had Harleys for over 15 years.

Bought her in May 2005, she's from San Francisco area. Standing unused from about 1978 till end of 2004, she's in totally original condition.

My plan is to use her as a rolling restoration; I live just outside of town, restoring an 18th century cottage so there's plenty of work for the truck, hauling trash up to the dump and collecting firewood.

With gas at the equivalent of $7 per U.S. gallon over here she's not cheap to run, but what the hell, it's sure fun!

Older American trucks are pretty rare in the UK; nearest guy to me (that I know of) is 50 miles west of me, just made contact with him today, he runs a '51 Chevy.
