Rear End Yolk Replacement
When i picked up my truck from the tranny shop today (got a rebuilt TH350 put in it...shifts nice and firm ), the guy mentioned that my rearend yolk had a big chunk out of it, and the U-joint wasn't sitting quite right. I noticed the chunk when i changed the carrier bearing back in July, but i didn't do anything about it. So, how do i change the yolk in the rearend? It is a 12-bolt corporate, with 3.07 open gears, and coil springs if that matters. I already know how to remove the driveshaft. Thanks for the help!
