Frame damage?

I was cleaning up my truck a little this weekend and am having an issue with the starter and need to replace it. While I was under the truck to tap on the starter to get it in the garage I noticed what looks to be a bent frame???? I have two pics of the spot in question and it looks as the frame starts to go down and under the cab it is tweeked a little Am I looking at it correctly and am I right? I didn't see the same tweeks on the DS and I figure it has been hit pretty good to say the least. Just looking for some verification if it is indeed bent and how/if it can be fixed. Randy

If you can't fix it with a hammer, you've got an electrical problem.
