Question wheel clearence questions...

I'm wondering what the biggest size wheel and tire combo I can run on my 72 2wd blazer. It's getting a 4/6 drop and bags with a "c" notch in the frame. I really want to run 20x8 in front and 22x11 in the rear. My problem is I don't have the body on the frame and I'm not sure these would fit. Does someone either know if this will fit or can you measure yours for me? I really don't want to modify the frame any more than a "c" notch, the body I'm not that worried about. I don't care about laying frame, I just want everything to fit. Any help or idea's would be greatly appreciated.
