Cool Blazer Brake Guru's

Been digging into the 73 lately and the boy and I took it for a spin around the neighborhood. Now, keep in mind this has sat for almost 2 years - other the when I drove it home 2 miles a moth ago. First stop I depressed the brakes as I would on any vehicle. and the rear brakes lock up. I mean lock up - foot off the pedal still skidding lock!! Needed to press the brake again to proceed. Went home and checked fluid. It's low in both bowls. Top it up, pump it up a bit and now it is locked all the time.

Any ideas?? I'm gonna b;eed em Saturday. But, what about Vac Boost etc?

I'm a pretty good wrench, but when I don't get it - I ask!!

Let me hear your ideas.
