Best way to shrink metal when there is no acces to the rear of the panel?

I managed to use my new stud welder to pul some dents in the tailgate of my 71 but in one are in particular where the dent was BAD, the metal has streched a bit and is oil-canning in the lower left region of the tailgate. What is the best was to shrink this metal in order or prevent it fron oil canning?

Thanks
