Shift Improver? TransPak? What's the dif?

B&M makes both but it is hard to tell excactly what the difference is from the summit catalog and the b&m website isn't much better. TransPak appears to give the ability to hold gears longer. and it looks like it comes with the filter. Is the shift firmness otherwise the same? What is everyone out there running? How hard is the street/strip setting? I want a good hard shift at 1/2 to full throttle but when i'm just cruising around I don't want it to rattle my teeth for a 1/4 throttle shift.
Thanks guys
