Front sway bar increases understeer......thicker bars mean more understeer.
Rear bar (after front is installed) will begin to balance the truck by removing understeering qualities and give the vehicle a more neutral balance in the corners....adding thicker bars out back will eventually make it tail-happy... Having at least one of the bars adjustable is nice, because you can dial-in the handling behavior you want by softening or stiffening the bar.
