Yet another pulley question.

I think I figured out why my alternator, power steering & water pump pulleys were mismatched. But to spare you the drama, I’ll get to my question.
Here are the numbers that are on the pulleys.
The thin inner is stamped steel single v-groove with the # 3755820BG.
The outer is cast iron double with one slightly large v-groove (which will be in the middle when installed)
The number is C4296.
Thanks for any info or pictures that can clear this up.
