Any one seen this new engine yet?

http://www.gilbertchevy.com/engine_3...TOKEN=71081361

Just reading up on this now, the new GM Performance Parts HT383E, direct replacement for 96-99 trucks with the 5.7. This may be exactly what I have been looking for, but want your honest feedback. It has the same numbers as the HT383 and F/I ready

It's for my 72 K20 with SM465 (soon to be NV4500) and 3.42s. I wanted the HT383 but really like the TBI I have now. Not looking for a F/I vs carb discussion, I just like the reliability of fuel injection.

For this swap with the new engine, will it run fine with the NV4500? Also, where can I get a full harness?
Any thoughts on the complexity of this vs going the HT383 route? Of course finding the money is easier said than done...

THANK YOU!
