New(to me) 72 3-door K10 Suburban w/ pics

So originally I was looking for another 68 Impala Fastback like I used to have years ago. Then I came accross this Suburban for $2100. It has a 350 with Holley aluminum intake, chrome Holley 4 barrel, headers of unknown origin, tiny 1 3/4 or 1 7/8 dual exhaust, Turbo 400 transmission, don't know what T-case. Has factory dual AC. I am not sure if I want to mess with trying to get all the AC going again. I know I want AC in the front at least, just not sure how much it will cost to get the rear AC going again. It needs a new interior and I just so happen to have a 20% off coupon to Classic Industries. It needs a headliner, dash pad, door panels, new carpet, and seat upholstery. It runs real well except for a slight hesitation off idle. The previous owner took the tilt wheel out of it which I am kind of po'ed about. The gear shift indicator doesn't line up. The drag link was shot when I drove it home so it steered all crazy for the 80 mile drive home. Got that fixed this morning and it steers great now. My temp gauge isn't working so I bought a new sender from NAPA, so hopefully that will fix it. Also the gas gauge doesn't work, but according to the previous owner it was working a couple weeks ago.
