i got home from work early today and decided to go for a short ride. well i made it .6 miles from home and just had to smoke them up, it sounded like a gun shot when it went. at least i was close to home for the push, but all the neighbors asking what happened...i the them and they give me a blank look...what is a rear end they ask as i just kept on pushing it home.....
the truck has 450hp and i am sure it is putting 400 to the ground, do you guys think a well put together 10 bolt with eaton gears and a locker will hold up or should i just get a new rear? i am trying to hold off on the rear because i dont know what i want to do with the truck next...tub it out, mini tub it or what and dont want to do the rear 2 times, if i am have a decent rebuild on this 10 bolt and then do it right when i can that would be great..
