Question 400hp ????

I've got a 73' 4 bolt main 350, Vortec heads aluminum intake, Holley 650 dbl pumper, headers, and I'm not sure what cam. Its has been bored .40 over. When I put it all together I want 400hp. I know without specs on the cam its hard to know what I've got but it is a hotter that a stock cam(I would call it moderate). Anyone got suggestions??

Just found out that the cam is somehwere around 268 duration and maybe a Perfect Circle Cam?????
