Yup, Sad as it is, I'd say it's a fair price. You didn't say what he charges per hour, but in a lot of places $60-80 is the going rate. It doesn't take long to burn up that kind of money in labor alone. That dent is in a tough spot also. I just paid my bodyman for 11 hours of his time to straighten the Studebaker fender, plus materials at the cost of $520. He charges $35 which is a heck of a deal. Good Luck.
