Got some ideas for the '58

I've been kicking around a few ideas to use on my '58 stepside so i went to a show at the local VFW today to see if maybe i could run across something i really liked. There were a few trucks, but most of the stuff i really liked were on the old school bombs.

There was a light blue and white '39 Olds 4-door i really liked. It had light blue and white tuck 'n roll and a pinstriped dash. That's kind of what i've been kicking around for my truck, but two shades of blue. And a '63 Chevy wagon with old school metalflake on the top. Another idea i've been kicking around for the interior. Metalflake the dash and stripe the whole inside and use a Moon metalflake steeringwheel. Or maybe metalflake and pinstrip the whole interior. And a Moon gas pedal.

The body will be basically stock. Shaved emblems, roll pan with '50 Pontiac (or maybe '59 Caddy) tail lights, and louvered tailgate. I'm not sure about the paint yet. I'm leaning towards a primer look with a little pinstriping, or maybe flames. It'll be running chrome rims, baby moons and narrow whites.
