That being said I am personally one that have had a problem with your product a few years back. Since I have stayed away not wishing to go through problems again. BUT BUT with this kind of customer feed back I am more likely to try your product again in the future. My problems were not with performance issues more on quality control IMHO and, I am glad to see steeps are being made to resolve issues at hand.

Thank You Respectfully RJ22

BTW one the same note as 71 Chevylowrider I also had very bad coustomer service with your tech department but like I stated before this was a few years ago and have heard simalar stories since
Racin Jason,

Thank you for your comments. It would be impossible for us to comment intelligently about your situation without being about to see the parts. The two issues you did mention (both N&S assemblies, and gaskets) were items that are purchased from outside vendors. We have switched to different suppliers of these components since the late 90’s.

We currently monitor a few hundred different boards to get feedback (again both good, and bad) to see where we can improve what we do. Technical support as job SUCKS… but we’re working tirelessly with our guys to improve the consistency of what they do, and how they handle customers.
