Setting Toe

HI,
First of all I'm new to the site. My name is Toby Harter, I'm 18 years old and live in Colome, SD. My question is reguarding the toe on my '59 Chevy Apache 32. I recently had new kingpins put in it and I need to set the toe. I know you can do it with a tape measure but I was wondering just exactly how you do that or if you can take it some place to have it aligned. My local tire shop said they couldn't align it cuz their machine doesn't go back that far. They told me they could do it if I could find all the right specs and stuff for it, but I have no idea where to begin looking. Anyway, any info would be useful. Also, Since the kingpins have been put in, I have noticed it vibartes(more than normal) when I slow down and stuff. Any ideas? Thanks, Toby
