How do I set the float level?

I well guys I have the quadracrap apart and need to know how to set the float level. Hopefully that will fix the prob, right? hopefully? I GOTTA HAVE THIS THING RUNNING BY MONDAY!!!!!!!!!!
Oh, well I'm only 19, plenty of time to screw things up a little.
