1960 chevy radiator matching with a 1964 gmc

haven't be here for a while trying to get the project start again
i got a 1960 chevy truck radiator for a my 1964 gmc truck and was wondering if it going to fit without making to many cut's,on the frame, i already notice i would have to grind a "tad" out the frame is this o.k. will this work out?
