Progress: Vintage Air & Re-Wire

Progress continues....slowly but surely!

Vintage air is partially installed and no major hickups yet with the exception of having to modify the rear mounting brackets and one of the condensor brackets as well. I also decided to paint the firewall and fan cover to match the truck. Got a good deal on it last year up at Hot August Nights...seems it was around $750 (without compressor and bracket).

This wiring thing is VERY time consuming. The harness is an EZ Wiring kit and is working out just fine......haven't burnt anything up yet!! I only paid $125 for it at a swap meet a year back or so. All exterior lighting is functional and it actually starts with the key now!

One regret I have is not filling all the holes in the firewall.....gonna have quite a few left that I will have to plug....anyone have any good ideas on attractive ways to plug em?
