hey, me and my dad built a 45 by 50 with 14 foot sidewalls steel building last year from STEELBUILDINGS.COM . we did it all ourself, concrete, putting up the steel beams, the tin, insulation, then some wiring but we hired the rest done from a friend of my dad. it was extremely cheap. we bought it from steelbuildings.com because it was cheap. we rented a tele handler after dropping the main beam (1600 lbs) twice. other than that it was a piece of cake. the concrete sucked (we used styrofoam forms for insulation of the 4 foot footer all around). also, we put in a infrared gas heater. EVERYTIME i walk in there i think of the past years of workin in the driveway in these south dakota winters. anyway, good luck, Ben
